When prompted, enter your name and the same email you used at checkout so I can match your photos to your order.
Once payment is received and your photos are submitted, you’re all set! You’ll get an email confirmation when your portrait ships.
Frequently asked questions
Can you draw children?
Yes! I’ve drawn kids as young as 7 months and up to 10 years old. All ages are welcome, so feel free to include little ones in your portrait order.
What is your refund policy?
Because each portrait is custom-made, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to make it right.
What kind of photos should I upload?
At least two clear, forward-facing photos work best. Multiple references help me capture you more accurately. If I need additional references, I will reach out.
How long does it take?
Orders ship within 7 business days after both payment and photos are received. You will get an email confirmation when your portrait is shipped.
Do I need to pay before uploading my photos?
Yes. I will only begin your portrait once both payment and photos are received. Uploading photos alone will not start the process.
Can I make special requests?
Yes! There is a space at checkout to share details (like hairstyle or background preferences). Small requests are welcome, and I will do my best to accommodate them.
What happens to my photos after I upload them?
Your photos are used only to create your portrait and are never shared or published. Once your order is complete, they are securely stored or deleted. You can read my full privacy policy here.
What is included?
Each portrait is drawn on 8.5" × 11" smooth 80 lb natural white paper. Your finished piece comes in a protective sleeve with a white 11" × 14" mat and backing board, so it is ready to frame.
Can you draw two people in one portrait?
Only one person per portrait. If you’d like more than one person drawn, you’ll need to order a separate portrait for each.
